Sub-processors

These are the categories of third-party providers BookZync uses to deliver the service. Each one processes data only to perform its task for us, under obligations equivalent to our Data Processing Agreement. We update this page before adding a new sub-processor.

Current sub-processors

AI processing — generates the chat assistant's replies and processes online-reviews data. United States / global.
Payments — checkout, billing, and taxes as our merchant of record. United Kingdom / global.
SMS delivery — confirmations, reminders, campaigns, and inbound STOP/opt-out handling. United States / global.
Managed database hosting — where application data is stored, encrypted at rest. Cloud-hosted.
Application hosting — runs our backend services. United States / global.
Web hosting — serves our website and dashboards. United States / global.
Transactional email — notifications, receipts, and sign-in links. United States.

For security reasons we do not publish provider names on this page. Business customers can request the fully named list anytime at [email protected], and we will share it under your agreement.

Changes to this list

When we plan to add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page first. Business customers who object on reasonable data-protection grounds may cancel under our standard terms. See our Data Processing Agreement for the full commitments.
