Sub-processors

• AI processing — powers the AI assistant and processes customer conversations. United States / global.
• Payments — processes subscription payments, invoices, and taxes as our merchant of record. United Kingdom / global.
• SMS delivery — confirmations, reminders, campaigns, and inbound STOP/opt-out handling. United States / global.
• Managed database hosting — where application data is stored, encrypted at rest and isolated per business. Cloud-hosted.
• Application hosting — runs the BookZync application and supporting backend services. United States / global.
• Web hosting — serves our website and dashboards. United States / global.
• Transactional email — onboarding messages, notifications, receipts, and sign-in links. United States.
• Analytics — measures website usage and performance to help us improve the Services, where enabled. United States / global.

For dental, medical, and medspa practices, the same vetted sub-processors apply under the additional data-minimization and storage safeguards described in our Data Processing Agreement.

For security reasons we do not publish provider names on this page. Business customers can request the fully named list anytime at [email protected], and we will share it under your agreement.

If we plan to add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page before the provider begins processing customer data. Customers with a signed Data Processing Agreement that requires advance notice will be notified before the new sub-processor begins processing data. Business customers who object on reasonable data-protection grounds may cancel under our standard terms. See our Data Processing Agreement for the full commitments.
