Sub-processors

The following categories of third-party providers help BookZync deliver the Services. Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform specific services on our behalf and is subject to appropriate data protection obligations. We review these providers before adding them as sub-processors.
Current sub-processors
- AI processing — powers the AI assistant and processes customer conversations. United States / global.
- Payments — processes subscription payments, invoices, and taxes at our direction. United States / global.
- SMS delivery — sends notifications, reminders, campaigns, and inbound STOP/opt-out messages. United States / global.
- Managed database hosting — stores application data in encrypted databases and isolated environments. United States.
- Application hosting — runs the BookZync application and supporting backend services. United States / global.
- Web hosting — serves our website and dashboard. United States / global.
- Transactional email — delivers messages such as notifications, receipts, and sign-in links. United States.
- Analytics — measures website usage and performance to help us improve the Services. United States / global.
For dental, medical, veterinary, and medspa customers, the same vetted sub-processors apply under the additional safeguards described in our Data Processing Agreement.
For security reasons, we do not publish provider names on this page. Business customers may request the full list of current sub-processors, including hosting locations and the services each provider performs, by contacting [email protected].
Changes to this list
If we plan to add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page before the new provider begins processing customer data. Customers with a signed Data Processing Agreement that requires advance notice will be notified before the new sub-processor begins processing their data.
